Game Mods:

Skybox Material: A new skybox material was added to the Universal Render Pipeline.

New Level: Created Level 3 with a new skybox and environment lighting

Instructions Page: Added a scrollable instructions page to the menu

Victory Scene: Created a Victory Scene and updated the UI Manager for Level 3's end portal.
